Our Request

To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, Sushi Mizukami confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, Sushi Mizukami humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We hope you enjoy your meal and that your time and experience at the Sushi Mizukami is a truly memorable and special one.

As a general policy, the restaurant only accepts reservations of 2 people.
If you would like to ask for an exception for a reservation of more than 2 people, please be strongly advised of the rules and required manners during the meal for the sake of other guests.
We are sorry but the restaurant is unable to accommodate or accept reservations from any guest who cannot eat fish (both raw or cooked) for any reason.
The wearing of all perfume, cologne or deodorant with any scent is prohibited. Please be advised you will be refused entry if you are deemed to be wearing any scent (no refund will be available).
The wearing T-shirts, short pants, sandals, hats, caps and other casual attire or clothes is prohibited. Please be advised you will be refused entry if the dress code is not followed (no refund will be available).
The exact position of your seating (such as "directly in front of the chef", center or edge of the counter) cannot be specified. Please note we cannot accommodate any reservation with such requests.
The restaurant cannot accept any 3rd-party reservations and all reservations must be made by the attending party. You will be denied entry if found to be a 3rd-party reservation (no refund will be provided).

19:30 is mostly booked on all dates. Reservations for 17:30 have a time limit which is until 19:20, however please check this box if you would like to book 17:30 if it is available.

Cancellation Policy

※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 5 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund. (We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations)
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 5 days before or within 4 days before, 3 days before, 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the day of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.
※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made at least 5 days before the reservation date.
※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.
※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan.
