Our Request

To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, Sushi Mizukami confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, Sushi Mizukami humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The sushi is made and served by Chef Michinobu Mizukami and Chef Masami Nesaki.
This 2-chef style is employed so that guests can enjoy the sushi at their own pace as traditional Edomae-sushi is meant to be enjoyed.
Because of this the restaurant cannot accommodate any requests for exact placement of seating and your place of seating at the counter will be decided at their discretion depending on the seating situation of that day. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.

  • As a general policy, the restaurant only accepts reservations of 2 people.
    If you would like to ask for an exception for a reservation of more than 2 people, please be strongly advised of the rules and required manners during the meal for the sake of other guests.
  • We are sorry but the restaurant is unable to accommodate or accept reservations from any guest who cannot eat fish (both raw or cooked) for any reason.
  • The wearing of all perfume, cologne or deodorant with any scent is prohibited. Please be advised you will be refused entry if you are deemed to be wearing any scent (no refund will be available).
  • The wearing T-shirts, short pants, sandals, hats, caps and other casual attire or clothes is prohibited. Please be advised you will be refused entry if the dress code is not followed (no refund will be available).
  • The exact position of your seating (such as "directly in front of the chef", center or edge of the counter) cannot be specified. Please note we cannot accommodate any reservation with such requests.
  • The restaurant cannot accept any 3rd-party reservations and all reservations must be made by the attending party. You will be denied entry if found to be a 3rd-party reservation (no refund will be provided).
You will receive an email once seating availability has been confirmed. Payment for your selected courses via the payment link in the email will be required in order to complete your reservation.
