Our Request

In order to ensure a secure reservation at Sushi Mizukami and to satisfy guests, we require advance payment for the courses and kindly ask for your attention to the rules and notices below.

Please be advised that you may be denied entry if these rules and notices are not followed. Please note that no refunds or changes to a different time or date will be possible in such cases.
We ask your understanding and cooperation.

In the past, people considered Edomae sushi Japan’s fast food. They would lift the noren curtain of a food stall with one hand, quickly pop a piece of sushi into their mouths to satisfy a small hunger, and then return to work.
At Sushi Mizukami, we honor this tradition while letting guests enjoy their meal at their own pace. Two skilled sushi chefs prepare each piece with precision, creating a dining experience unique to our restaurant.

Owner: Chef Michinobu Mizukami
Executive Chef: Chef Masami Nesaki

Both chefs share the same skills, roles, and dedication to hospitality and customer service, treating each other with mutual respect.
For this reason, we do not accept requests for specific seats or placement at the counter. Seating is assigned in the order of reservations.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate specific seat requests or requests for such adjustments on the day of your visit. Thank you for your cooperation.

① Basic Rules at Sushi Restaurants
We are sorry but the restaurant is unable to accommodate or accept reservations from any guest who cannot eat fish (both raw or cooked) for any reason.
As a general policy, the restaurant only accepts reservations of 2 people.
If you would like to ask for an exception for a reservation of more than 2 people, please be strongly advised of the rules and required manners during the meal for the sake of other guests.
② Rules for Entering the Restaurant
The wearing of strong scents such as perfume or cologne is strictly prohibited.
Wearing strong scents such as perfume or cologne will affect the taste and aroma of the food and dishes for the guests themselves, as well as the dining experience of other guests.
There may be other guests celebrating special occasions such as anniversaries.
The wearing of T-shirts, short pants, sandals, hats, caps and other casual attire or clothes is prohibited.
Please be sure to read and agree to the Cancellation Policy before proceeding with your reservation.
③ Please be on time
Your reservation will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late, so please do not be late for your reservation. Please arrive with ample time, preferably at least 5 minutes before your reservation time.
Due to frequent delays and sudden cancellations of flights and Shinkansen (bullet train) services, we are unable to accept reservations for the same day of arrival to Japan via international flights, as well as long distance domestic travel.

    Please do not contact the restaurant directly, or through your hotel, or other proxies as it will be considered invalid.
You will receive an email once seating availability has been confirmed. Payment for your selected courses via the payment link in the email will be required in order to complete your reservation.
