Koryu Keishin is headed by Chef Hiroki Iwashita, the first disciple of Chef Matsuo, who has inherited the spirit and style of Koryu and has renovated the former course menu into a luxurious individual dish format.

Please read the cancellation policy stated below. This cancellation policy is absolute. Please be sure to confirm and agree to it before proceeding with your reservation.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be denied entry into the restaurant and no refund will be provided. Please make sure to arrive at the restaurant 5 minutes before the reservation time to be safe.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. If any scent is detected, you will be denied entry into the restaurant and no refund will be provided.
If you are running late, please make sure to contact us at contactus@myconciergejapan.com. Please note that the restaurant staff will not be able to attend to phone calls or check emails during their service hours.
Due to frequent delays and sudden cancellations of flights and Shinkansen (bullet train) services, we are unable to accept reservations for the same day of arrival to Japan via international flights, as well as long distance domestic travel. We cannot accommodate cancellations or requests to change reservation dates/times due to such reasons, and no refund will be provided for cancellations.

After completing advance payment, you may choose à la carte(s) and drink(s) at the restaurant on the day of your reservation, up to the total of 15,000 yen. Any additional cost exceeding 15,000 yen is to be paid at the restaurant on the day of the reservation.

※ An additional 10% reservation charge is required when making an online reservation.

Cancellation Policy

※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 3 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 3 days before, 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the day of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.
※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made at least 3 days before the reservation date.

※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.
※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan.
