In order to ensure a secure reservation at Sushi Hirokawa and to satisfy guests, we require advance payment for the courses and kindly ask for your attention to the rules and notices below.

Please be advised that you may be denied entry if these rules and notices are not followed. Please note that no refunds or changes to a different time or date will be possible in such cases.
We ask your understanding and cooperation.

Due to the large number of reservations we receive on a daily basis, please note that making changes to your reservation, such as to a different time or date, after your reservation request has been made will take considerable time to process.
We ask that you carefully double-check the date, time and number of guests of your reservation request BEFORE sending it. Thank you for your cooperation.

Regarding Allergies

Sushi Hirokawa serves Omakase courses using seasonal seafood, and so is unable to accommodate requests to substitute seafood due to personal preferences or religious reasons.
If you have allergies, please specify in detail the exact ingredients the guest(s) cannot eat.
We cannot accept vague or general descriptions such as "shellfish" or "seafood," and also may able to accommodate guests with multiple allergies. Thank you for your understanding.
The restaurant will be unable to accommodate any sudden dietary requests made on the day of the reservation.
The restaurant does not use any meat or meat-based products in the courses and so is able to accommodate guests who avoid only meat.

For reservations with 1 to 2 guests:
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 3 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 3 days before, 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the day of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.
※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made at least 3 days before the reservation date.

For reservations with 3 or more guests:
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 8 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 8 days before, or within 7 days from the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.
※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made at least 8 days before the reservation date.

※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.
※ Reservations will be cancelled and entry will be denied if more than 15 minutes late and no refund will be provided.
※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan.
