Our Request

To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, Tempura Endo Yasaka confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, Tempura Endo Yasaka humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Important notices upon making a reservation request:

  • Please be informed that the restaurant is unable to accommodate any sudden dietary requests made on the day of the reservation.
  • All ingredients for tempura are cooked in the same pan and the same oil. I verify that I understand this and that it is safe for me and those in my reservation.
  • For guests who cannot eat crustaceans and/or shellfish due to an allergy, please inform us specifically what you can and cannot eat. (Example: Cannot eat prawn, crab. Can eat octopus and squid.) Please note that your request may be declined if this information is lacking.
  • For guests who cannot eat any food ingredient for any reason, please also inform us if you can or cannot eat soup stock/dashi/seasoning made from this ingredient. (Example: I cannot eat beef, but I can eat soup stock/dashi/seasoning made from beef.) Please be advised that if this information is lacking, soup stock/dashi/seasoning made from this ingredient may be used in the course.
You will receive an email once seating availability has been confirmed. Payment for your selected courses via the payment link in the email will be required in order to complete your reservation.
