To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, Sushi Harasho confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, Sushi Harasho humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We hope you enjoy your meal and that your time and experience at the Sushi Harasho is a truly memorable and special one.

Please read the cancellation policy stated below. This cancellation policy is absolute. Please be sure to confirm and agree to it before proceeding with your reservation.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be denied entry into the restaurant and no refund will be provided. Please make sure to arrive at the restaurant 5 minutes before the reservation time to be safe.
The wearing of perfume/cologne is prohibited. Please be advised that you may be refused entry if you are wearing perfume/cologne.
We are sorry but the restaurant is unable to accommodate or accept reservations from any guest who cannot eat fish (both raw or cooked) for any reason.
If you are running late, please make sure to contact us at contactus@myconciergejapan.com. Please note that the restaurant staff will not be able to attend to phone calls or check emails during their service hours.
Due to frequent delays and sudden cancellations of flights and Shinkansen (bullet train) services, we are unable to accept reservations for the same day of arrival to Japan via international flights, as well as long distance domestic travel. We cannot accommodate cancellations or requests to change reservation dates/times due to such reasons, and no refund will be provided for cancellations.

Sushi Harasho has reduced its number of dinner services from 2 to 1 and so there is currently only 1 lunch service and 1 dinner service.
Dinner reservations are generally fully booked but there are still some days with lunch times available to be booked.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations with 1 to 4 guests
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 3 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 3 days, or within 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the day of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.

For reservations with 5 or more guests
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 7 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 7 days before, or within 6 days from the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.

・ For reservations with 1 to 4 guests : Please contact us at least 3 days before the reservation date.
・ For reservations with 5 or more guests : Please contact us at least 7 days before the reservation date.

※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.

※ A cancellation fee will not be charged and a full refund will be provided if a reservation is cancelled due to circumstances of the restaurant.
※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan.
