To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, Mishima-tei confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, Mishima-tei humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We hope you enjoy your meal and that your time and experience at the Mishima-tei is a truly memorable and special one.

Due to the high volume of reservations and limited staffing at the restaurant, please be advised it may take more than one week to confirm your reservation request.

As a result, the periods on which reservations are accepted are also limited as below.

Periods when reservation requests are accepted : Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
(Hours in JST: From 10:00 on Thursday to 18:00 on Sunday each week)

Periods when reservation requests are NOT accepted : Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
(Hours in JST: From 18:00 on Sunday to 10:00 on Thursday each week)

① Basic Rules at Mishima-tei Honten
Please note that you will be asked to remove your shoes on the 1st floor.
Dining takes place on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
Due to the presence of steep stairs, we are very sorry but cannot accommodate reservations with guests who have difficulty going up or down steep stairs.
We are sorry but cannot accommodate reservations with guests who cannot eat beef for any reason.
We are also unable to replace beef with any other type of meat.
The sukiyaki will be prepared by the restaurant staff at the table and so all guests in your party must arrive together. Cooking will begin at the reserved time regardless of whether your entire party has arrived.
② Rules for Entering the Restaurant
Please be sure to read and agree to the Cancellation Policy before proceeding with your reservation.
③ Please be on time
Your reservation will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late, so please do not be late for your reservation. Please arrive with ample time, preferably at least 5 minutes before your reservation time.
Due to frequent delays and sudden cancellations of flights and Shinkansen (bullet train) services, we are unable to accept reservations for the same day of arrival to Japan via international flights, as well as long distance domestic travel.

You will receive an email once seating availability has been confirmed. Payment for your selected courses via the payment link in the email will be required in order to complete your reservation.
