To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, La BOMBANCE confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, La BOMBANCE humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

For 1 to 4 guests:
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 3 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 3 days before, or 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the day of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.
※ Reservations will be cancelled and entry will be denied if more than 15 minutes late and no refund will be provided.

For 5 or more guests (and for all reservations seated in a private room):
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 8 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund (exchange rate fluctuations are not covered).
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 8 days before the reservation date until 15:00 JST of 6 days before the reservation date are eligible for a 50% refund (50% cancellation charge).
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 6 days before, or within 5 days of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund (100% cancellation charge).
※ Reservations will be cancelled and entry will be denied if more than 15 minutes late and no refund will be provided.
