※The serving of the course meals start simultaneously to all guests so please be on time. Please note that you will be refused entry if you are more than 15 minutes late and no refund will be provided in this case. We strongly request that you arrive on time for your reservation.
※ During the period when Special Ise Lobster & Sekogani Crab Course (From Nov. 30th to Dec. 19th) is available, the restaurant cannot accommodate guests with a crustacean allergy.
※ An additional 15% reservation charge is required when making an online reservation.

I understand and agree that My Concierge Japan provides a restaurant reservation arrangement service, and that the actual dining service is provided by the restaurant itself. Upon completion of the reservation arrangement and the dispatch of a reservation confirmation notice to me, the reservation arrangement service provided by My Concierge Japan shall be deemed complete. In the event that I actually visit the restaurant and receive all or the majority of the reserved dining service, any subjective dissatisfaction with the food, taste, service, atmosphere, value for money, or my own personal expectations shall not constitute a failure to provide or receive the reserved dining service.
