To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, Kyoto Kamoryori Tabuchi confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, Kyoto Kamoryori Tabuchi humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We hope you enjoy your meal and that your time and experience at the Kyoto Kamoryori Tabuchi is a truly memorable and special one.

*The restaurant will be closed until the end of June due to relocation.
We are sorry but reservations will not be accepted during this period.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

※ Soba (buckwheat) is included in all dishes and so we are sorry but cannot accomodate guests who are allergic to or cannot eat soba (buckwheat).
※ Green onion and dairy is also included in many dishes and so we are sorry but cannot accomodate guests who are allergic or cannot eat green onion and dairy

※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 4 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 4 days before, or within 3 days from the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.
※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made at least 4 days before the reservation date.
※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.
※ Reservations will be cancelled and entry will be denied if more than 15 minutes late and no refund will be provided.
※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan.
