Our Request

In order to ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality food and service, fresh ingredients are carefully selected, purchased and prepared for each customer before customers arrive for their reservation. After confirming food allergies and consideration of preferences, the restaurant is dedicated to serving only the freshest and finest ingredients available. In addition to some of the reasons mentioned above, and due to the high volume of reservations as well as overlap with other customers making reservations, we kindly request that customers secure a reservation by paying for their course with a credit card or PayPal before their reservation. We hope you enjoy your time at the restaurant, and that your time at the restaurant, is a special one.

The wearing of perfume/cologne is unallowed.Please be advised that you may be refused entry if you are wearing perfume/cologne.
The restaurant may accept vegetarians. However, please note that the vegetable-only course may contain a fewer number of dishes compared to the regular course, at the same price.
The restaurant may accept reservation requests from customers who cannot eat seafood. However, since the restaurant uses bonito fish broth for all dishes, customers who cannot consume bonito fish broth will not be accommodated and so we ask for your understanding.
The restaurant may accommodate gluten-free customers by using gluten-free soy sauce. However, if the usage of gluten-free soy sauce is not possible, then the restaurant will not be able to accommodate the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 3 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 3 days before, 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the day of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.
※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made by 15:00 JST of 3 days before the reservation date.

※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.

※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan.
