Our Request

To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, Akasaka Kikunoi confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, Akasaka Kikunoi humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We hope you enjoy your meal and that your time and experience at the Akasaka Kikunoi is a truly memorable and special one.

Please read the cancellation policy stated below. This cancellation policy is absolute. Please be sure to confirm and agree to it before proceeding with your reservation.
Please be advised that the bringing in of beverages (such as coffee etc) or food from outside is strictly prohibited and that you will be asked to leave if this is not obeyed. We ask for your cooperation and that you observe this rule.
"Please be advised that there is no space in the restaurant to store suitcases or other large luggage. Depending on the amount and/or size of your luggage, you may need to store it elsewhere before your reservation. Please contact us in advance if you have luggage. Please note that you may be denied entry if you arrive with too much luggage without any advance notice."
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be denied entry into the restaurant and no refund will be provided. Please make sure to arrive at the restaurant 5 minutes before the reservation time to be safe.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. If any scent is detected, you will be denied entry into the restaurant and no refund will be provided.

Only reservations with children can be accommodated in the 2nd floor private room. (Reservations with children cannot be accommodated on the 1st flor).
Please note that requesting 2nd floor seating with no children in your reservation will automatically invalidate your reservation request.
There is counter seating, table seating and semi-private room seating on the 1st floor, however your seating cannot be specified. Please note that your type of seating will be decided by the restaurant depending on the seating situation of that day.

We are sorry but private rooms are generally fully booked on all dates.
Reservations for counter seating, table seating and semi-private room seating are accepted.

Please also be advised of the below:
・Seating on the 1st floor cannot be specified. Your seating will be decided by the restaurant depending on the seating situation of that day.
・Private room on the 2nd floor cannot be selected for lunch reservations.
・We are sorry but reservations which include children can only be accommodated during dinner and in private rooms, and so cannot be accommodated for lunch reservations.
Please also note that private rooms are generally fully booked and we ask for your understanding in this regard.

An additional 15% reservation charge is required when making an online reservation.

Cancellation Policy

※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 3 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund. (We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations)
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 3 days before, 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the day of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.
※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made at least 3 days before the reservation date.
※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.
※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan.
