① Basic Rules at Ningyocho Imahan
We are sorry but cannot accommodate guests who cannot eat beef for any reason.
Regarding allergies, the restaurant is unable to accommodate those who require completely separate cooking utensils to be used.
While each cooking utensil is washed and cleaned thoroughly, the same cooking utensils are used to prepare the food of similar dishes for various guests.
We are sorry but cannot accommodate guests who cannot eat dashi (soup stock) made from either Bonito fish or Kombu kelp.
The restaurant staff will cook the 1st cut of Shabu-shabu meat, however guests are required to cook the meat themselves from the 2nd cut and onwards.
② Rules for Entering the Restaurant
Please be sure to read and agree to the Cancellation Policy before proceeding with your reservation.
The wearing of strong scents such as perfume or cologne is strictly prohibited.
Wearing strong scents such as perfume or cologne will affect the taste and aroma of the food and dishes for the guests themselves, as well as the dining experience of other guests.
③ Please be on time
Your reservation will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late, so please do not be late for your reservation.
Please arrive at the restaurant on time. Please also do not arrive more than 5 minutes early as you will have to wait to be seated due to staff being unavailable etc.
Due to frequent delays and sudden cancellations of flights and Shinkansen (bullet train) services, we are unable to accept reservations for the same day of arrival to Japan via international flights, as well as long distance domestic travel.

You will receive an email once seating availability has been confirmed. Payment for your selected courses via the payment link in the email will be required in order to complete your reservation.
