We are very sorry, but the restaurant will not be able to accept your reservation. Ningyocho Imahan uses the same cooking utensils, tableware, and uses the same machine for washing all dishes and utensils. All dishes and utensils are cleaned and cannot be managed separately.

※ The duration of your seating time is 90～120 minutes from the reservation time. Please note that the ending time of your seating will not change even if you are late.
We do not evaluate our meat based on the grading system. While our meat is almost classified as A5, we purchase female wagyu cattle that are the most suitable for dishes such as sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and steak, and evaluate them based on their taste rather than their grading. As the rank increases to "High Quality Beef (特上)" and "Top Quality Beef (極上)" the meat has even better texture, sweeter fat, and richer aroma. If there are multiple guests, it is also possible to order different ranks, such as "High Quality Beef" and "Top Quality Beef". We hope you fully enjoy our beef.
