We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation during the extended closure of Ningyocho Honten due to the ongoing reconstruction work.

We are pleased to announce that Ningyocho Imahan KISENTEI Honten will reopen its new building ahead of the grand reopening on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The entire facility is scheduled to have its grand opening in mid-November 2026.

While preserving the warm hospitality that Ningyocho Imahan has cherished and passed down over the years, the newly renovated restaurant will offer an elegant, high-quality space that embodies the traditional Japanese aesthetic. We look forward to providing our guests with an even more comfortable and relaxing dining experience.

We hope you will enjoy a leisurely and memorable time at the newly reborn Ningyocho Honten.

Basic Rules at Ningyocho Imahan
Our restaurant specializes exclusively in premium Japanese black wagyu beef, and all courses feature this ingredient.
Regarding allergies, the restaurant is unable to accommodate those who require completely separate cooking utensils to be used.
While each cooking utensil is washed and cleaned thoroughly, the same cooking utensils are used to prepare the food of similar dishes for various guests.
We sincerely apologize, but the restaurant is unable to accommodate guests who cannot consume dashi (Japanese soup stock) made from either fish or kelp.
