A request from the owner

To ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality food and service, Ajikitcho Horie confirms any allergies or preferences in advance and carefully selects, purchases, and preps courses before customers arrive for their reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests and to prevent overlap with reservations, we kindly ask that customers secure their booking by paying for their meal in advance.

Someone in the group annot take kombu soup stock and soy sauce.

We are very sorry, but the restaurant will not be able to accept your reservation.
Please be informed that kombu soup stock is an essential ingredient used in order to convey the taste of AJIKITCHO BUNBU-AN ・AJIKITCHO HORIE　and it cannot be taken out from the courses.

Courses priced ￥20,000 or more will include beef.

Courses priced at ¥13,000 or more can be accommodated for vegan, vegetarian, and halal preferences.
In the case in which both a normal course and a vegan/vegetarian/halal course is ordered in the same reservation, please note that the vegan/vegetarian/halal course will be the same price as the normal course, so that there is no disparity in the composition of the course.
Please also let us know exactly how many of each course you would like.

For those who request a vegetarian course: Please inform us whether or not broth/soup stock/seasoning made from fish, eggs and dairy products can be eaten. Please be advised that unless we are informed otherwise, we will proceed with the understanding that all the above CAN be eaten by all the guests.
